Application Eligibility

• Be current high school seniors applying to College/University (at time of the award/application),

OR be currently enrolled in a College/University or certificate awarding program

• Maintain a minimum 3.23-grade point average (on a 4.0 scale)

• Exhibit exceptional leadership potential

• Participate in community service activities

• Demonstrate financial need and commitment to financial literacy
